There’s no denying that the business of real estate has changed dramatically in the past decade but have agents adopted this change themselves? If you’re a real estate agent are you looking at what buyers and sellers really want and how they want the information delivered? Or are you relying on your old perceptions of how it all worked? If so, your old approach isn’t going to last much longer. The future consumer isn’t anything like the past consumer. What is your plan to increase your online presence? Are you building your database of contacts? Do you fit in with the national average agent that responds to emails in approximately 57 hours? Are you part of the 97% of agents who never contact their buyers or sellers after the closing? Consumers are concerned about the market and they need to hear your opinions. Are you communicating effectively? How appropriate is your marketing?
In a market full of information we seem to constantly be toggling between managing all the new solutions and feeling totally overwhelmed by it all. The invention of the internet was supposed to make things easier but many feel that modern technology is the root of all evil. If you’re one of the many who are exhausted with trying new programs that either won’t work or you don’t know how to utilize them – call me!
